  • Can I book a demo?

  • I can’t use a credit card – can you invoice me upfront?

    Where a credit card cannot be used, we ask for an annual commitment with payment made upfront in full via bank transfer. Please get in touch for more information.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You can cancel at any time and, upon doing so, will not be billed again.

  • What are the system requirements for joining Lydian Stone courses?

    Each participant will need Internet access. Please ensure you have a working webcam for the sessions. The training is designed to be interactive and as such, group discussion and exercises will be more enjoyable if you are able to see the trainer and other participants. A headset with a microphone is preferable, however, using the speakers and microphone of your computer is also an option. If neither option is available to you, you will need to dial in to the conference line via telephone. Please ensure you allow plenty of time to download the Zoom platform ahead of the course.

  • What communications can I expect to receive prior to each class?

    You will receive a welcome email for each training class 7-days prior to the session start date, confirming all finalized details for your workshop.

  • Does an online training session take place in my timezone?

    All of our online courses start at 11am EST (Eastern Time, USA) unless otherwise specified. Please ensure you check what time this will be in your current location to ensure a prompt start. If you need any assistance with choosing the right online course for you, please contact the team. N.B. The start and end time will be the same for each session.

  • What type of delegates will be attending the course?

    Delegates that attend Lydian Stone courses work across a range of industries. These typically include roles in Marketing and Communications, Advertising, PR, Digital Marketing, Product Management and other ecommerce professionals – agency or client-side. Courses such as Digital Product Management are suitable for professionals involved in the development/planning of websites or apps, or in digital content.
